    The new owners are the 3rd in 3 yrs. The great tasting food has returned. We go 3 times a month & won't go anywhere else for lunch.

    Ordered fish and chips.
    Fish needed thawing.
    It was still 4/5th off cold but just edible.
    Disappointing when they are trying to get votes for their food quality.
    Have look at the beautifly restored old bank next door.

    This was probably the worst fish and chips we’ve ever had. The batter was a very oily thin leather texture. The fish was like rubber, tough and tasteless. It was supposed to be flake. $6 a piece. The chips tasted like they were cooked in week old oil much like the fish. Not recommended at all. There’s much much better take away in town. Hint: bring your own salt.
